Chris Dubois is a follower of Jesus, child of God, and a dad to two sons. He is the founding pastor of the Awakening Church which started in 2009 and senior leader of Awakening International Ministries. Chris holds a B.B. (Bachelor in Bible) degree with a major in Bible and a minor in pastoral studies from Zion Bible College (now called NorthPoint College) and an M.DIV. (Master of Divinity) degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Chris gave his life to Jesus and was baptized in water at a young age but later recommitted his life to Jesus at the age of 15. Shortly after this at the age of 17, he had a powerful experience with God that forever changed his life in which he was filled with the Holy Spirit and was called to spend his life declaring the Gospel with supernatural demonstration and teaching the Scriptures in full-time ministry. His ministry is marked by a demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit, and he passionately seeks to both declare and demonstrate the Gospel of Jesus and the Kingdom to all nations for the glory of God. His passion is to make disciples by teaching, training, and equipping men and women to fulfill their God-given callings in ministry and missions in the fullness and power of the Holy Spirit and to help them grow in holiness, righteousness, maturity, and Christlikeness.
